Current rates are listed below. Please note that each cabin has a minimum occupancy rate as specified. 

A deposit of $500 per person based on the minimum occupancy rate is required when making reservations.

Deposits for entire group cancellations are non-refundable, unless we are able to re-book the cabin. Please give us as much notice as possible in event of a possible cancellation so we can try to re-book your cabin and refund your deposit. 

Individual cancellations will not be refunded, so please purchase travel insurance from your local provider if you feel there is any chance of having to make an individual cancellation. A simple and easy to use travel insurance provider is www.travelguard.com where coverage can be purchased for as low as $60 per person.
