MINIMUM RATES

NO deductions from prices for any unused supplies and equipment.
NO private gas allowed (Insurance regulations)
Due to high replacement and repair costs, guests are responsible for physical damage to boats, motors, cabins and all rental equipment.
We do not provide bath/dish towels or soap.

Weekly Rates Only - reservation begins 3:00pm Friday until the following Friday at 7:00am. Please note that we adhere to the check-in and check-out times - early arrivals may be charged an additional day. Please call ahead to determine if early arrival will be accepted.

WHATS INCLUDED

Making you comfortable during your stay

Clean, spacious, modern cabins including:
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, separate bedrooms furnished with long twin beds and bed linens. Large comfortable living room.
Full private bathrooms. Deck and/or screened porch with gas or charcoal grill
Package includes 21 dozen minnows per boat per week.
Also included is 30 gallons of gas per boat per week.
Boat docking (for private boats)
Ice / Use of fish cleaning and freezing facility
Power at docks for charging batteries
Sheltered parking
We can also provide boat coolers, anchors and landing nets
Wireless Internet
